Teresa's Story
Teresa earned a B.A. in Psychology from Oglethorpe University in 1984, an M.Ed. in Counseling from UGA in 1986. A chance meeting with former Parkview High classmate (Brian Bennett) led her to a life at sea. Many of you will probably remember Brian Bennett, as he was a student at Trickum & Parkview High from 1974-1977 before his family was transferred to Oklahoma. ...Expand for more
Brian became a U.S. Coast Guard Captain and runs private yachts from the Mediterranean to the South Pacific. Teresa has enjoyed her career on board as "chef / mate / chief stew / chief bottlewasher & crew mom". They aren't in one place very long but love to hear from old friends so please drop them a note! (Home ports are Fort Lauderdale, Florida & Kona, Hawaii).
